It is not a substitute for professional judgment or comprehensive ophthalmic evaluation.

The Tool is especially relevant for cases with a history of prior refractive surgery but is not intended to be definitive.

It must be used in combination with all necessary diagnostic measurements and clinical assessments.

The Tool may use advanced technologies, such as web scraping or third-party APIs, to retrieve calculation results from other websites or databases.

Usage of such technologies is subject to the respective third-party terms and conditions.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The outputs generated by the Tool are not intended to serve as medical or surgical instructions and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for making medical decisions.

The Tool and its authors make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any results generated.

Physicians are solely responsible for verifying results using alternative formulas or methods and for determining the appropriate treatment based on their own clinical judgment.

3. Indemnity

By using the Tool, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless dr. Martin Šramka and Gemini eye clinic, its affiliates, officers, authors, employees, and licensors from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use or misuse of the Tool.

4. Data Privacy

The Tool does not collect, store, or transmit any personal health information or patient-identifiable data.

Users must ensure that only anonymized, non-identifiable patient data is input into the Tool.

5. Intellectual Property
